Day 1: Visit Kigali Genocide Memorial and Transfer to Akagera National Park

Have a morning relax and leave hotel 9:00am to Kigali genocide memorial, lean more about Rwandan genocide happen in 1994 and head to akagera national park with middle way Stop-over by Imigongo Art Centre and cafe for leg stretching, viewing Imigongo arts, using the washrooms and take lunch, You may also opt to test a cup of coffee or anything else there.
Reaching Akagera by 2pm, proceed with registration formalities and head to Akagera Game Lodge for hotel check in . After Enjoy a half game driver Explorer the first wild animals and drive through the park to Ihema lake the largest lake in the park and the second largest in Rwanda, Enjoy the sun set boat ride and explore crocs and hippos.
After the boat ride, we will head to the Lodge for evening relax and hotel stay.

Day 2 : Full-day Game Drive

Have your breakfast and check out to be ready at 07h30 for pick-up by Universal Ventures Rwanda driver-guide, ready for a full-day game drive.
Pick the picnic lunch and spend the whole day as you will explore the majestic Akagera National Park, home to a variety of savannah animals and wildlife. Akagera National Park has a diversity of wildlife including buffaloes, elephants, giraffes, zebras, impalas and many others.
After a long time being extinct in Akagera National Park, the black rhinos and lions have recently been restocked. Their sighting is always not guaranteed due to their small number and the hiding character of the black rhino.

Enjoy the game drive viewing the natural habitat of different animals, birds and enjoying the view of different lakes and landscape. Back to the hotel for a night stay.

Day 3 : Transfer to Lake Kivu and Culture Tour

Enjoy the morning breakfast and leave Akagera by 9am head to Lake Kivu. Middle way stop over in Musanze for lunch and culture Tour where you lean about previous Rwandans life style see haw was traditional dancing, medicine, wedding, …proceed to Gisenyi for relax and unwind in the beautiful lakeside scenery, Evening stay and relax.

Day 4 : Lake Kivu Adventure and Tea or Coffee Tour

Have a morning relax with good lake view and Take a boat ride to the mains islands Enjoy the lunch from there with fresh food like a fish direct from lake.
Explore the hot spring with its traditional massage, Depending on time, there is on option to discover a coffe and tea tour to learn how they are processed from farm to cup.
Visit borders between Rwanda and DRC, then transfer back to the hotel for evening relax and night stay.

Day 5 : Drive back to Kigali; City Walks & Local Market Visit

check out from the hotel by 10 am After the morning relax and hit the road back to kigali with midway stop over for lunch and be in Kigali afternoon time, head to the hotel for refreshment and visit kimironko local market by walking, shop for souvenirs and gifts then head back to the hotel for evening stay or airport transfer.
