Day 1: Half Kigali city tour and transfer volcanoes national park

  • Pick up from hotel and start a half city tour in Kigali that takes you to places like Genocide Memorial, Campaign Against Genocide Museum, Richard Kandht House, Inema Art Center.. Then after lunch,  Transfer to Musanze during afternoon time reach there with in 2 hours and half explore Iby’iwacu Culture Village to lean more about Rwandan culture including traditional weddings, medicines, dancing,…and head to the hotel for overnight stay in Musanze tOwn. or closer to the Volcanoes National Park.

Day 2: Mountain gorilla trekking and transfer to Gisenyi.

  • To day it’a thrilling adventure! This is a perfect way to venture into the Volcanoes National park exploring the rare mountain gorillas. The national park is a home to 10 habituated gorilla families available for trekking. After this unforgettable experience head Gisenyi for a night stay.

Day 3: Kivu lake Adventure and coffee tour.

    Day 4: The Canopy way walk adventure and Tea exprience.

  • Have a morning relax and breakfast , leave hotel 11 am to driver and catch up nyungwe national park reception for your afternoon activities start by the canopy way walk, Discover this one which is 70 meters suspended metallic bridge, this one will give you a great overview of Nyungwe forest and on a luck day spot one or two more primates in the forest as you take a walk on this bridge.
  • After this great experience proceed with tea plantation visit, Gisakura tea gardens, learn on how tea if plated to harvesting time and processing. You will take great photos and later drive back to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 5: Chimpanzee trekking and Colobus Monkey Trek

  • Early wake up and head to the park reception reach there 5am for briefing and departure for the chimpanzees, You will be entitled to one hour on finding the chimpanzees, discover their behaviors and stay a capo munities with them.
  • Head back to uwinka reception take lunch and a bit relax for afternoon activity, have briefing before you head to search for the colobus monkeys, and on finding them, you will be allowed to take as many pictures as you wish . To day you are done with adventure and head to the hotel for evening stay and relax.

Day 6: Back to Kigali and king palace museum

  • Take the break fast and leave hotel 9am to drive around 6 hours, have en-route lunch and stopover for leg stretching , visit Nyanza King’s Palace Museum, the King’s Mutara III Rudahigwa’s Palace. It offers a detailed look into the Rwandan monarchical system and its abolition in early 1960s due to colonialism. Reach Kigali in evening. Depending to your plan transfer direct to the hotel/home stay or airport for your drop off.
